Your ChatGPT identity signs you in. This app stores your collector profile, collection records, source evidence, membership, ownership approvals and transaction history. Registration may be open, invitation-only or closed. Being signed in never grants access to another collector’s private records.

Collection members can read records according to their role. Administrators can enable a selected-card showcase. Its public projection includes only the chosen card details and optional quantities; owners, private notes, locations, costs, source evidence and membership remain private. A publisher can revoke the link. Site administrators can hide reported showcases or suspend an account. Reports and moderation reasons are visible only to authorized administrators and, for account restrictions, the affected account holder.

Collection exports include JSON, CSV, PDF and full available revision history. Recovery creates a new collection with physical ownership unassigned for review. Private backups retain up to 30 daily and 12 monthly copies. Shared immutable history and backups may preserve former display names, actor IDs and transaction attribution after someone leaves.

Account controls provide an export, a deletion preview and an explicit confirmation. Deletion purges authorized sole-member collections and account records. Shared collection departure requires handing off physical ownership, outstanding approvals and any last-administrator responsibility. Other members’ records and historical attribution remain. Private file removal is queued durably and retried by maintenance; the account screen reports pending cleanup. External exports and copies cannot be recalled.

Optional offline copies are readable by anyone using this browser profile. Sign-out and account deletion clear this device’s app cache; other devices must clear their own stored copies. Optional browser push stores a device subscription endpoint and encryption keys for delivery. Notifications use generic text unless you explicitly enable collection details. You can disable push in settings or your browser. Already accepted notifications cannot be recalled.

Catalog searches use TCGdex and, where configured, the Pokémon TCG API. Provider requests use card search terms and identifiers. Price observations retain provider, source time, currency and condition evidence; unknown prices stay unknown. Photo recognition sends your selected image to OpenAI only after you request identification. Results require review and catalog selection before saving. Requests disable OpenAI response storage; provider abuse monitoring policies still apply. Images are not stored by this app.

Maintenance removes expired invitations and confirmation requests, usage records older than 30 days, resolved reports older than 90 days, administrator audit records older than 180 days and completed file cleanup jobs older than 30 days. Unresolved reports, active collection history and pending file cleanup remain until their applicable action completes. Deleted-account markers preserve the minimum identity needed to prevent silent recreation and retain a prior moderation restriction.
